1. Scope of Services
   Joanne Moxam Consulting LLC provides premium online courses, downloadable digital planners, one-on-one Zoom consulting or strategy sessions, VIP "day" sessions, and accounting, bookkeeping, or tax services. Additionally, we may offer affiliate links to third-party products and services.

2. Payment Policies
   Payments for services and products on our website are accepted via credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Accounting, bookkeeping, or tax services are invoiced directly through Zoho Books and processed via Stripe. These services typically operate on an annual fee structure with monthly payment options for budgeting convenience.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policies
   Digital planners and other downloadable products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned. One-on-one Zoom consulting sessions require upfront payment and may be refunded only if canceled at least 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 administrative fee. VIP "day" sessions follow the same policy, but cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling requires repurchasing the session through the website.

4. Usage Restrictions
   All digital products, including planners and courses, are restricted from sharing, redistributing, or reselling. Access to digital products is intended for one individual only and is controlled via a paywall. No login system is in place; usage relies on the honor system.

5. Liability and Disclaimers
   Results and effectiveness of courses, consulting, and other services may vary. No guarantees are provided, particularly for financial or social media consulting. Each business and individual effort differs, which may impact outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content provided by Joanne Moxam Consulting LLC, including but not limited to courses, planners, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Technical Support
   If a corrupt PDF or glitch is identified in a digital planner, a patched version will be provided. The accompanying video course includes all necessary instructions for using the planner. Additional assistance can be obtained by booking a one-on-one training session for an additional fee. Joanne Moxam Consulting LLC may address common questions through YouTube Shorts or TikTok videos, but these are not guaranteed.

8. Termination of Services
   Joanne Moxam Consulting LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if these Terms of Service are violated.

9. Changes to Terms
   These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this website, and the Last Updated date will reflect changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York, specifically in Syracuse, NY. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in Syracuse, NY.​
